Theodore Whitelow, owner of Commonwealth Cleaning & Groundskeeping Company, has been meeting the challenges of his new business with a truly positive attitude. Whitelow’s company provides commercial and residential groundskeeping, lawncare, and cleaning services. He has a deep commitment to quality work.

In early 2021, Theodore enrolled in the Small Business Development Center’s Start Smart Workshop wanting to know what licenses he needed, understand his tax obligations, and learn how he could build business credit. His advisor suggested he join the Black and Brown Owned Business Growth Program (B-Cubed).   As a result of his involvement with B-Cubed, he has been able to repair his vehicle, upgrade some equipment, and work on setting up his bookkeeping with an accountant.
