Kaitlin Pomerleau

Kaitlin Pomerleau is a marketing-focused Business Advisor who helps entrepreneurs and business owners turn their ideas into clear strategies and sustainable systems.

Prior to SBDC, Kaitlin served as the Content Marketing Director at Estland, a Harrisonburg-based, full-service marketing agency. At Estland, she led messaging, email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization strategies for clients across a wide range of industries.

Before Estland, Kaitlin spent six years at James Madison University Recreation, where she led integrated marketing campaigns, promoted large-scale events, and mentored marketing and design students. She also previously worked with the American Cancer Society, where she managed volunteer teams and community fundraising initiatives.

Raised in a third-generation family business, Kaitlin is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and strengthening small businesses across the Shenandoah Valley.
