Business Spotlight: Kline’s Dairy Bar Expands to Richmond

Kline’s Dairy Bar recently opened its seventh location in Virginia, just outside Richmond. Kline’s was established in Harrisonburg in 1943. The shop has found wide appeal since its beginning by making small batch ice cream.
