The team at the Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center was hard at it this week conducting the first round of strategic planning! Business advisors worked with Jennifer Testa, Organizational Development Consultant & Facilitator from  JCTesta, LLC to hammer out fresh versions of the SV SBDC vision and mission statements and prepare for an expanded second session with members of the Advisory Council later this month.
