Writing Email Messages That Work
Following up from our last Web presentation on creating an email community for your business, we will be dissecting the email message so that we can more effectively communicate with our target audience. We will look at when to email (timing), who to email, subject lines that get your email opened, body content, email signatures and more. This is an overview of what is normally a full-day course on email message crafting so we will cover as much as we can comfortably in the hour! It's going to be fast-paced and hopefully illuminating about how writing email can be a powerful marketing tool if you write right!
This overview Webinar, as part of the Beyond Google: Marketing and Managing on the Web series from Virginia SBDC, is taken from a full-day workshop seminar presented by Ray Sidney-Smith, Web & Mobile Strategist, author of SoLoMo Success: Social Media, Local and Web Small Business Marketing Strategy Explained, and President of W3 Consulting, a digital business strategy and training firm helping business owners learn why and how to use Web, mobile and digital technologies for greater marketing and management impact.
