This workshop focused on helping independent businesses thrive in a competitive market is offered by your SV SBDC as part of its Small Town and Merchant Program (STAMP).  The workshop will demonstrate how small businesses can out-maneuver larger competitors by creating and communicating their niche and offering exceptional customer experiences.

The goal of STAMP workshops is to bring practical advice and experience to address the needs of retailers and other businesses. Marc Willson of the Virginia SBDC Network conducts STAMP programs on a variety of topics across the commonwealth. Following the morning workshop, Marc and other SBDC Business Advisors will be available to meet with any attendee who would like a one-on-one appointment.
