This free workshop is aimed at any business or organization impacted by the pending bridge construction on Main Street Luray.
Offered as part of our Small Town and Merchant Program (STAMP), the discussion will focus on pre-construction strategies for the town and businesses, during-construction activities, and post-construction celebrations and recovery.
The town and its merchants are already taking important steps to manage the project, so we hope this presentation adds to and assists in creatively dealing with the impact of this major event.
The goal for STAMP workshops is to bring practical advice and experience to address the needs of retailers, restaurants, and other businesses throughout the Valley. Marc Willson conducts STAMP programs on a variety of topics throughout the commonwealth for the Virginia SBDC Network, and is a frequently-requested speaker at conferences and for other SBDCs across the country.
Following the Wednesday morning workshop, Marc and the SV SBDC Business Advisors will be available to meet with anyone who would like a one-on-one appointment.
This workshop is a collaborative effort of your SV SBDC, Opportunity Luray, the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce, Luray Downtown Initiative, and the Town of Luray.
