An 8-hour workshop: February 20 & 25, 1-5pm
Whether you are a new or experienced QB user, or a new or established business, this hands-on class will help you gain full benefit from this powerful accounting program.
We'll cover QuickBooks functions, menus, navigation, and help screens, and you'll work with the chart of accounts, customer and vendor lists, forms, and registers. You'll have practice at bank and credit card reconciliations; sales of products and services; entering and paying bills; recording fixed assets and bank loans; and a variety of reporting options, including customizing, filtering, and downloading reports to Excel. You'll also receive the QuickBooks 2013 Student Guide for use during and after class.
We offer this workshop in 2 parts to allow you time to process and practice the information you learn. We start with 4 hours on Thursday, February 20 and conclude with 4 hours on Tuesday, February 25.
The course is taught assuming participants have a basic understanding of bookkeeping terms and practices. See our Keeping the Books workshops for fundamental training.
