About the Presenter
Scott Kleist is the Vice President of Technology and Facilities at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community
He began his career in technology and leadership in the late 80's working as a field engineer with the RICOH Corporation. As Regional Technical Specialist and Systems Engineer for the US Southeast Region, Scott mentored other technicians and worked closely with sales and business development staff, helping to train sales professionals in the current technology. Scott left RICOH to start his own Business Technology Company in Augusta, GA which he operated for 15 years. After selling his company in 2013 he and his wife Barbara moved to Harrisonburg.
