Love your customers but dread making that sales "pitch"?

Whether you are selling software to the COO of a Fortune 500 company, services to a small business, or clothing to a customer in your retail shop, virtually every successful sales call follows the same basic outline.

You can learn that outline and the skills required to manage the customer transaction to a successful conclusion - a conclusion that both you AND your customer will like, and one you can feel good about as you ring up the sale!

Steve Hertzenberg has practiced and taught successful sales for more than 25 years. In this Business Smarts session, he'll teach you how to improve your business results and your relationships with your customers through proven sales techniques.

Since beginning his career as a sales representative, Steve has earned numerous honors and achieved outstanding success in the sales and marketing field. He has worked for both large and small organizations in industries ranging from food products to medical devices. Steve and his family came to the Valley in 2003 when he was hired as Rosetta Stone’s SVP of Global Sales and Marketing. At Rosetta Stone, Steve’s marketing experience and sales approach helped drive company revenues from $11M to almost $150M in 5 years.
