Superior performance seldom just happens.
Success is rarely by accident.
Inevitably, success results from superior management directed by a well thought out and executed plan with documented procedures and standards for all employees.

In this session, we’ll discuss the importance of implementing an overall operational plan to drive the success of your business as well as the differences between a policy and a procedure when developing your plan.  We’ll consider important components such as defining your philosophies, building a 5-year plan, developing processes and procedures, communicating to employees, and enforcing consequences by following up and follow through.

In today's session, Donna Preziuso will lead us through an interactive discussion to help us make stronger and more effective personal connections regardless of our environment, culture, field, or business.

Preziuso has been a professional in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Through this career, she has worked in both public and private sectors, collaborated with small business owners, and has created and implemented SOP Manuals, Agency Manuals, and several other operational business plans. Her fields of expertise include business coaching, sales, and government contracting.
