In this Business Smarts session attendees will learn how businesses large and small build their brand equity in order to develop and grow a base of loyal customers, attract and retain dedicated team members, and enhance their reputation in professional circles and the local community.

Learn how you can assess your current brand and develop it into a tool that strengthens your business, starting with the different ways you and your team communicate your brand — both intentionally and perhaps inadvertently — with every customer and audience interaction.

Presenters:
Bill Harris is a writer, designer and brand strategist. Since forming Cobalt Communications in 2005, he has helped clients develop visual identities and compelling stories that build up the equity of their brand. Working with global corporations, small businesses and non-profits, he knows that truths about brand are evident, no matter the size or scope of an organization.
Leslie Harris has more than 15 years' experience working inside global health care organizations, helping to educate, motivate and align employees during times of growth and constant change. She now applies that experience as a part of Cobalt Communications, helping businesses of all sizes implement and measure the impact of effective communications.
Sarah Butzen is a writer and marketing strategist. She spent many years in the economic development world, focusing on how entrepreneurs and creative enterprises develop and communicate their stories and identities. Now, she creates content and marketing strategies for Cobalt and its clients.
