Business Smarts Lexington: Business Storytelling is the “New Marketing”

What is the story of your business or organization?  Who are the characters; what is the history, and what are the "happy endings"?  A good story captures the imagination, brings facts and figures to life, and compels us to ask for more information. How can you use your stories to inform about your mission, products, and goals?

In this interactive session, we'll explore the many methods and tools you can use to "get the story out" and engage your customers, clients, and donors in a personal way. The discussion will be led by Joyce Krech, Director of the Small Business Development Center, who will pull best ideas and practices from the SBDC's year-long "Telling Your Story" series.

Business Smarts-Lexington is a series of six workshops designed to guide you through an assessment of your business’ status, and to identify business strengths and weaknesses, plan for, and implement improvement strategies. The series is brought to you by the SV SBDC, Main Street Lexington, and the Chamber of Commerce Serving Lexington, Rockbridge County, and Buena Vista.
