One of your greatest advantages as a small business owner is the ability to face daily challenges that could take a large corporation much longer to overcome. That being said, large corporations have greater access to resources to deal with those challenges. Therefore as a small business owner, you must learn to work smarter, not harder. Learn how using your strengths can make you more efficient and ready to face those challenges, with the added bonus of improving your sense of well-being.
At the end of this session, attendees will:
Be able to identify key benefits of using strengths in the workplace.
Understand the strengths-based philosophy and how it links to performance and well-being.
Explore five clues to talent in your own life and how they can be built into strengths.
Be able to identify assessments you can use to discover their strengths.
