Our Panelists:  Christian Herrick is the VP of Retail Operations for Randy's Do It Best Hardware. In that role, he trains management and staff on customer service and sales, surveys customers to identify new growth opportunities, implements systems across three retail locations to increase eficiencies and communication and meets with potential business partners to expand the scope of business outside the physical locations.   Diane Roll is the owner of Mama's Caboose, the first food truck in the area. She has now expanded to include a Deli & Catering company in Dayton. Diane has over 25 years experience in retail sales, communication, and community organizations.
