business smarts bookTelling Your Business Story

Join us for business over breakfast!  Each month we co-host a morning filled with business education and networking.  The 2014 Business Smarts Series' focus is Telling Your Business Story.  Every small business has a story to tell.  This year we'll explore the methods and media you can use to tell your unique story.

This month: Epilogue ~ ...And They Lived Happily Ever After

We close the year on Friday, January 9 with the final "chapter" - a time to reflect on the year's lessons, catch up with other attendees and presenters, and share your stories.

The format will be informal and fun with round-table discussions - no presenters, but everyone will be participating.

What did you learn this year?
How are you applying one thing from the series to your business or organization?
What actions are you taking to tell YOUR story in new or different ways?
    What's working best? What isn't?
What's the next chapter in your story?

We've invited all the presenters from the year to return (and some are bringing door-prizes!)

Don't forget to reserve your seat for the session!   Click here to register.  (If you would like to contribute a door prize, just let me know!)

Business Smarts Breakfast sessions are held on the 2nd Friday of every month with networking opportunities and guest presentations on a variety of topics.

The 2015 Series begins February 13!  Our theme is Tools & Tips for Busy Businesses, and we are seeking presenters and topics  - Learn more here!

The series is sponsored by your Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center, the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce, and the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE).  Breakfast is provided by The HoneyBaked Ham Company.
