Information SeekerSBDCs offer free counseling services, assist with feasibility studies and business planning, sponsor seminars and training events, and provide information and other services to new and existing small and medium-sized businesses. The SV SBDC is part of the Virginia SBDC Network and America's Small Business Development Center Network, the most comprehensive small business assistance network in the United States and its territories. If you are outside our service region, we can refer you to your local center in the state or help you find any center across the nation. To receive SV SBDC newsletters or email notices about new training or events, send an email to sbdc@jmu.edu with the word "Subscribe" in the subject line. Include at least your first and last name and your town/city zipcode in the body of the email. Or use the Workshop Registration Form to subscribe. The SV SBDC does not share its mail list with any other agency or business. Visit the Events calendar for a complete list of seminars, workshops, and events of interest to the business community. Visit the FAQ pages to see if your question is already answered. Or use the How May We Help You? form to make an inquiry directly to an SBDC counselor. |
