Bill Groseclose

Bill joins the SBDC with over 29 years of experience in Retail and Commercial Banking.  He has worked for both community and nationwide banks and specializes in agriculture and commercial business credit analysis and structuring.

Prior to his work at the SBDC, Bill has taught Banking and Economic classes at Blue Ridge Community College. He has also been involved in business development in the Shenandoah Valley and active in various community organizations. He is a past Treasurer of the Salvation Army and the current Treasurer of the Rockingham County Fair Association. Bill is also currently a member of Bridgewater Retirement Community’s Foundation Board of Directors.

Raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Bill is a graduate of the Virginia School of Bank Management where he was Vice President of his graduating class. Bill earned his BS in Agricultural Economics from Virginia Tech and his MBA from Eastern Mennonite University.
