In this session\, we explore ways to help b reak down the barriers to employment opportunities for transitioning servi ce members\, veterans\, and military spouses and promote inclusive policie s and practices. The presentation\, developed by USAA and the SHRM Founda tion will help promote inclusive policies and help employers understand th e importance of communicating their desire to be inclusive and welcoming.
